Having problems viewing the photos or movies?
Send an email with as much detail about your problem as you
can.
Don't just say "I can see the movies!"
Tell us what's happening during the problem. Your operating system,
and as much detail as you can?
Can't get access to the members area?
Things to check.....
• Note that Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive
• Check that your Caps Lock key might depressed?
• Did you use any capital letters in your username or password?
• Check that the "Secret Word" in the gray box is being entered
correctly.
• Have you tried to gain access more than 5 times in a row?
Do not keep trying to get access over and over, our security system will eventually
block your IP address
so even a correct username and password will not work.
